Jocelyn Reference

I'm pretty sure no one knows who she is, seeing how she was a character I lost interest in within a week of creating her. Well I stumbled upon her old reference and decided to recreate her! Only I didn't know where to start..This design above has been sitting in my old sketchbook for about 2 years. I found it and realized it would be perfect!!

So yes this is Jocelyn. (Joce). She is a girl (duh) and is a swimming dog thingy. She was an experiment created in a lab and somehow escaped (she can't remember though, all she knows is that she is different than everyone else) that tracking bracelet is broken but cannot be removed.

Due to being an experiment there are several things about her that are different than most other dogs. When she gets angry or super happy those light (they look white but are glow in the dark colors) markings, claws, teeth, and spikes glow the florescent green color that the font is. Her eyes also glow a bright red. She moves very fast and when her markings glow its hard to follow her. That tail is used as something similar to a hand. It can hold things and do pretty much anything a hand can. The "fingers" are very nimble and the "hand" can even stretch and cover Joce.
Yes those are deer horns, but they dont molt and are only useful to defend her head. Her claws are incredibly sharp and the length makes it uncomfortable for her to move on land. Therefore she likes to stay in the water, which she loves. (Her tail also acts like a propeller/rudder/paddle in the water)

Joce has trust problems and would rather attack and ask questions later.
